Class Cancellation Policy
To help us maintain a consistent schedule, classes with fewer than 3 registered members may be canceled. If a class is canceled, all registered members will be notified in advance and any class credit will automatically be returned to their account.
Late Cancel Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 8 hours before class.
Cancellations made within 8 hours of the start of class will be considered a Late Cancel.
- Class Pack: You will lose your class credit.
- Unlimited Memberships: A $10 late cancellation fee will be charged.
- Limited Memberships: A $10 late cancellation fee will be charged & your credit will return to your account.
